  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, halved
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
