Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Place salmon fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet.

    Mix melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and half the herbs. Brush half the mixture over the salmon.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

    While salmon bakes, add capers to the remaining butter mixture.

    Remove salmon from oven. Drizzle with caper butter mixture.
